How the Pieces Fit

Built for Brands at Every Stage

Vertical integration is the reason we can promise what we promise. Because molding, assembly, finishing and packing happen under one roof, a design change does not have to travel between subcontractors — it goes from your account manager straight to the floor. That single chain of responsibility means quality problems are caught where they are created, lead times are not hostage to a third party's schedule, and costs are not padded with markup at every handoff. For a buyer, it translates into three things you can hold us to: quality, delivery and price.

Quality control runs in three in-line passes plus a final audit. The first pass checks raw parts — frame fronts, temples and hinges — against the approved sample before assembly. The second inspects each assembled frame for hinge tension, alignment and lens seating. The third reviews finishing: coating evenness, logo placement and overall surface quality. Before packing, we run an AQL audit on the finished batch, sampling for hinge strength, lens clarity and dimensional consistency. Any unit that fails a checkpoint is pulled and corrected, not shipped and hoped for.

Our design team works one season ahead of the retail calendar, tracking what is selling in beach, street and optical categories across several regions. Every season they turn those observations into a set of original styles — new silhouettes, colorways and material mixes — that you can select from directly or use as a starting point. For a brand without its own designers, this is a low-risk way to keep a collection current: you pick proven, trend-aligned frames, make your own color and logo choices, and launch with designs that already have market traction.

New and small brands need a different kind of partner than a factory built around 50,000-piece programs. Our minimum order of 300 pieces per style and color lets you test a first collection without warehousing a year of inventory, and the design support fills the gap until you hire your own team. You can launch with three to five styles, reorder the winners, and retire the rest. Because sampling is fast and changes are inexpensive at this scale, you can iterate toward the look your customers actually want instead of gambling on one big run.

From first inquiry to delivery you deal with one dedicated account manager who knows your styles, your packaging and your market's compliance needs. That continuity matters most when something changes — a delayed courier, a last-minute color swap, a customs document your buyer suddenly needs. Instead of re-explaining your project to a new contact each time, you reach the person who already has your history in front of them and can act on it the same day.
