Make Your Inquiry Count

An efficient inquiry carries five pieces of information: a style reference, the materials you want, lens requirements, quantity, and a target price. The style reference can be a link to our gallery, a competitor photo, or your own sketches and technical drawings. Materials cover frame material — acetate, TR90, metal, titanium — plus finish and color. Lens requirements include tint, gradient, polarized, UV400, or prescription. Quantity can be an estimate, and target price is optional but very helpful, because it lets us match construction and components to your budget instead of guessing.

Quoting is a matching exercise, and every missing field widens the range of what we have to assume. A frame without a stated material could be quoted in three different plastics at three different costs; a lens without a tint leaves dozens of options open. When you specify materials, lens type and quantity, we can pull the exact component costs and return one firm number rather than a range. That precision saves both sides a round of clarification and gets your order into the sampling queue sooner.

The process has clear milestones. Within 24 hours of a complete inquiry, you receive a quotation covering unit price, minimum order quantity, lead time and sampling cost. Once you approve, sample production takes around one to two weeks for a frame built to an existing design, and two to three weeks for a fully original made-to-order style. After you confirm the sample, mass production typically runs about four weeks, plus shipping. We confirm each stage by email so you always know exactly where your order stands.

Samples are the checkpoint where everything gets locked in. A pre-production sample lets you verify fit, finish, logo placement and packaging before we commit to a full run. Sample fees are usually credited against your bulk order once production is confirmed, so the sample stage rarely costs you anything in the end. If the sample needs changes — a deeper lens, a warmer color, a different hinge — we revise and resample before mass production, because catching adjustments at one unit is far cheaper than correcting a container.

If you are not sure about a field, tell us what you do know and flag the rest as open. "Not sure yet" is a valid answer for material or quantity; we will recommend sensible defaults based on your market and price range and note them in the quote so you can adjust later. The goal of the form is not to test your knowledge — it is to hand our estimators enough to produce a number you can use, fast. When in doubt, attach reference images and let us fill in the technical gaps.

We respond to every inquiry within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
