Get a Faster, More Useful Reply

Before you write, gather four things and your inquiry will move much faster. First, two or three target styles — either frames from our gallery or reference photos of what you are trying to achieve. Second, an estimated quantity range per style, which drives unit pricing and production planning. Third, the market you sell into, so we can advise on certification, lens compliance and packaging requirements. Fourth, any reference images or a sample you plan to ship. A short list of these details lets us answer with a real quotation instead of a round of clarifying questions.

Every missing detail adds a message round-trip. Without a quantity we can only quote a wide price band; without a target market we cannot confirm which compliance documents your shipment needs. When you send styles, quantities and market together, our team can usually return a complete unit price, minimum order quantity, lead time and sampling cost in a single reply. The more complete your first message, the sooner you have numbers you can act on.

Buyers are welcome to visit the factory. You can walk the production floor, watch assembly and finishing in progress, and sit with our quality team to review inspection records for your product category. A visit is also the fastest way to approve materials, lens coatings and logo techniques in person. If you need a formal supplier audit before placing a first order, we are glad to host your team or a third-party inspector — just tell us the dates and what you would like to see, and we will prepare an agenda.

We reply to new inquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, China Standard Time. If your message arrives outside those hours, expect our answer early the next business day. For urgent production matters, WhatsApp is the fastest channel — include your order reference so the account manager can pull up your file immediately. We track every open thread, so a missing reply usually means your message did not reach us rather than that it was ignored; if you hear nothing after 48 hours, please send it again.
