Packaging That Sells Your Brand

Cases, pouches, hang tags and cartons designed and printed to match your frames — so the identity carries from shelf to unboxing.

Packaging is the first physical thing a customer touches and the last thing they remember. Done well, it lifts a good frame into a premium product; done inconsistently, it undermines everything the eyewear itself gets right. Our packaging service makes sure the two work as one system.

The core pieces are the case and pouch. We offer rigid boxes, soft cases, microfiber pouches and drawstring bags, each available with your logo applied by printing, debossing, embossing or metal plate. Material, color and finish are selected to match the frames they hold, so a titanium frame ships in different packaging than a bold acetate piece.

Budget is best spent where the customer keeps it. The case is the highest-cost packaging item and the one that stays with the buyer long after purchase, so it is where brand equity pays off. A rigid paper box reads premium at a moderate cost; an EVA hard case adds drop protection and a higher perceived value, which makes it the default for sport and travel lines; a microfiber pouch or drawstring bag is the leanest option, suited to entry price points and promotional runs. We match the case type to the retail price of the frame, so the packaging supports the margin instead of eroding it.

Retail-facing details come next:

  • Hang tags — printed cards with your logo, product name and story, sized for retail racks.
  • Barcode & care cards — scannable codes and care instructions formatted for your market.
  • Outer cartons — branded shipping and inner boxes so wholesale orders arrive looking professional.

The supporting elements cost far less than the case yet carry disproportionate brand weight. A printed cleaning cloth doubles as a reusable logo carrier the customer keeps in a bag or car; a hang tag hosts the barcode and tells the product story at retail; the color box protects the frame in transit and is the first surface an e-commerce buyer sees. Because each piece costs only cents to produce, the complete set is an inexpensive way to make a line feel finished, and we design them together so the identity stays consistent from rack to doorstep.

Packaging only works when it sounds like your brand. We take your logo, palette and typography and extend them across every element, so a minimalist metal line receives a matte case with quiet debossing while a bold acetate collection gets color and typographic energy. The aim is not decoration but recognition: a customer who has seen your campaign should identify the box before reading a word. Because we print and construct in-house, we hold that consistency across the full set without juggling several suppliers and risking color or material drift.

We design the full set around your brand guidelines — logo, colors, typography — and provide digital proofs before production, then a physical sample so you can check print quality, materials and construction. Packaging can be ordered with your frames or independently, with the same 300-piece baseline and a typical turnaround of about 4 weeks for printed items after proof approval.

Two channels make packaging a direct sales driver. In gifting, a well-built case and box turn a pair of sunglasses into a present that feels considered, which lifts willingness to pay and encourages repeat giving. In e-commerce, the unboxing is the one physical moment a customer shares with your brand, and the one most likely to be filmed and posted. A clean, branded reveal — fitted foam, cloth, care card and a short insert — turns an order into content and a first-time buyer into a repeat one, at a cost measured in pennies.

Sampling removes the guesswork. We produce a physical pre-production sample of the case, pouch and tag so you can feel the materials, check print registration and confirm colors before the full run is committed. Digital proofs come first and are approved by you; only then do we cut tooling for embossing or plates for metal badges. When packaging is ordered alongside your frames, it ships inside the same cartons, so your warehouse receives a shelf-ready unit rather than boxes that need rework before they reach retail.
