Everything under one roof is what lets us hold quality and price together. Our operation is vertically integrated — frame molding, lens cutting and mounting, plating and finishing, assembly and packaging all happen in our own facility, so no critical step is outsourced to a supplier we cannot control. A dedicated design team maintains a rolling library of trend-accurate silhouettes and also develops from your sketch, a reference sample or a single image, turning a rough idea into an engineering-ready frame.
We built the factory around a low minimum order of 300 pieces per style and color, because most brands cannot absorb a full container of one SKU before it has proven itself. Small runs let you test a market, seed retailers and open a reorder program, while our export team handles air and sea freight with complete documentation to destinations worldwide. The result is a manufacturing partner that scales with you, from a first test run to a steady reorder program.
