Custom Sunglasses With Your Logo
Laser engraving, printing and hot stamping across temples, lenses, hardware and packaging — so every surface carries your brand.
A logo turns a generic frame into a branded product. But it only does that when the mark is sharp, consistent and placed to survive real use — which is why we treat branding as a technical process, not an afterthought.
Placement matters as much as the logo itself. On the temple we can engrave or print on the inner surface (subtle and customer-facing) or the outer surface (visible and statement-making). The method follows the material:
- Laser engraving — permanent, high-contrast marking on acetate, metal, titanium and TR90.
- Pad printing — multi-color logos and fine detail on flat or gently curved surfaces.
- Hot stamping — metallic foil logos on temples and cases for a premium finish.
Beyond the frame, we mark the lens itself with subtle etching, and brand smaller hardware such as hinges, end pieces and nose pads. Packaging is the last layer: your logo on the case, pouch, hang tag and outer carton creates a complete, consistent identity from the shelf to the unboxing.
Each technique earns its place by balancing durability, surface and budget. Laser engraving is our workhorse for acetate, TR90, metal and titanium: the beam etches into the material itself, so the mark cannot rub off, and the per-piece cost stays economical across a full run. Pad printing is the choice for multi-color logos and fine detail on flat or gently curved panels, but its ink layer is more exposed to wear, so we keep it on recessed temple zones and cases rather than lens edges. Hot stamping presses metallic or pigment foil onto the surface for a crisp, premium line.
For the most durable, luxury-grade mark we offer metal plaques — small plated badges pinned, screwed or inlaid into the temple. A plaque outlasts any printed or foiled finish and gives the frame a heavier, jewelry-like feel, which is why it appears on higher-price optical lines. It is also the most expensive option per unit, so we recommend it for hero styles and premium collections rather than an entire range, keeping the rest of the line on laser or print to protect margin.
Placement follows how the customer sees and uses the product. The inner temple is the most common spot — visible when the glasses are removed, protected from abrasion, and ideal for a discreet mark. The outer temple is louder, showing while the glasses are worn, so it suits brands building recognition. Lens etching stays small and near the edge to avoid interrupting vision. Hinge and end-piece marks add an engineered feel, while a nose-pad logo is noticed only up close. We usually propose one primary location plus one or two secondary touches, so branding feels deliberate rather than cluttered.
Before production we generate a logo proof on the actual frame material, not a paper mock-up, showing the exact size, position and technique. You approve it, or we revise placement until the mark reads correctly at its true scale — a logo that looks right on screen can feel oversized or off-balance on a slim temple. Approval also locks the technique, so there are no surprises about finish or wear resistance later. This step typically adds only a few days and removes the biggest source of branding rework.
A well-executed logo does more than decorate: it is the first signal of value and the cheapest form of brand protection. Consistent, sharply rendered marks make a product harder to copy convincingly, and repeating the logo across the temple, case and carton gives distributors and customers a clear way to verify a genuine item. Over time that consistency compounds — a recognizable mark lets you command a higher price and turns every reorder into a straight confirmation of an approved spec rather than a fresh negotiation each season.
Logos can be applied to stock and fully custom styles alike, and the standard order minimum remains 300 pieces per style per color, with production around 4 weeks after proof approval.
