SunDefeat exists for one reason: to help brands put better eyewear into the world — fashion-forward, factory-made, built to your name.
We are a B2B custom manufacturer of fashion sunglasses and optical frames. For more than a decade we have designed and produced eyewear for brands, distributors and retailers across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Our philosophy is simple: fashion moves fast, but quality is never negotiable. Every frame we ship balances trend-accurate design with the engineering discipline of consistent mass production — a combination that is harder than it looks.
From our production base in China's eyewear manufacturing region, we run molding, assembly and finishing in-house. That vertical control is what lets us offer flexible MOQs, fast sampling and quality you can inspect at every stage.
We don't sell our own retail brand. Your brand is the product. Our job is to make it real — on time, on spec, and on budget.
Our production campus brings molding, lens cutting, assembly and finishing under one roof, which keeps quality consistent from the first sample to the final carton. Dedicated lines run acetate, metal, TR90 and titanium frames in parallel, so a single order can mix materials without slowing the schedule. Monthly output scales to tens of thousands of units, with flexible minimums that let a new label test a small run while a mature distributor orders deep across many colors.
Design sits at the center of what we do. An in-house studio tracks seasonal trend direction across global markets and turns it into production-ready silhouettes, while our engineering team refines fit, hinge tension and lens seating before any style reaches the line. Buyers can send reference samples for faithful reproduction, or start from a blank sheet and co-develop original frames with our designers — either way, the result is a product built to manufacture, not just to look good on a sketch.
Our clients span Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East, from online-first labels to multi-store chains and distribution networks. What they share is a need for predictable delivery, and that is where we earn repeat business: three-stage inspection plus a final AQL audit on every batch, realistic lead times confirmed before production begins, and proactive communication if anything shifts. We would rather flag a detail early than ship a frame that does not match the sample you approved.
